Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 5410 platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. 5410 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via their registered email or through the platform.
These terms apply to individuals aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation, Security & Account Policy
Registration & Identity Verification
Accurate and truthful information is required to create an account on 5410. Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and any such accounts may be closed at any time.
5410 may request a National ID or other relevant documents at any time for identity verification purposes. 5410 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.
Account Security & Suspension
You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. You may not allow anyone else to access your account. If your credentials are lost or you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.
5410 may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons: breach of terms, fraudulent activity, providing false information, operating multiple accounts, or misuse of the platform. In such cases, any funds held in the account will be settled subject to review.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
By using the 5410 platform, you agree to comply with the following:
- Do not engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity on the platform.
- Do not access another user's account or personal information without authorization.
- Do not attempt to exploit any technical vulnerabilities of the platform for unfair advantage.
- Do not misuse bonuses or promotions. Any breach of bonus terms will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
- Do not use automated software, bots, or any other unauthorized methods.
- Read the relevant rules before using any section of the platform.
5410 may investigate any suspicious activity and, where necessary, temporarily suspend an account pending the outcome of that investigation.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on 5410 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are available via approved mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are credited to your account instantly.
Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Unverified accounts may experience delays. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. VIP members receive priority processing on their withdrawals.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Each bonus offer at 5410 is subject to its own terms and conditions. Please read the applicable wagering requirements carefully before claiming any bonus. Funds from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the required wagering amount has been met.
Misusing bonuses, claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, or attempting to obtain bonuses through any unauthorized means will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account closure.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
5410 is not directly liable for any financial loss, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform. The platform is provided on an as-is basis. 5410 is not responsible for compensation in the event of service interruptions caused by technical errors, server issues, or any other reason.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 5410 platform — including logos, designs, text, game interfaces, and other elements — is protected by copyright. Copying, distributing, or commercially using any of this content without permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Services
5410 may use third-party software from game providers. The quality and performance of those services are the responsibility of the respective third parties. 5410's liability for any issues arising from third-party services is limited.
Governing Law & Contact
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of these terms will first be addressed through negotiation. If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter will be resolved through the applicable legal process.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
